The development prospects of special casting |
Publisher:admin Click:4989 |
Special casting, as an important part of the casting industry, has developed rapidly in recent years. The high-performance and high-quality precision castings it provides have become an indispensable forming method in important industries such as automobiles and aerospace. The increasing demand for precision castings directly promotes the development of special casting equipment. There are approximately 24,000 casting enterprises in China. Compared with developed countries, there are more enterprises, but the degree of specialization and intensification is lower, and the labor productivity is also relatively low. The average annual output per person in our country is 10 tons, and in some areas with high labor productivity, it is 30 tons. The United States and Germany range from 46 tons to 60 tons, while Japan ranges from 60 tons to 85 tons. The gap is obvious. On average, each factory in China produces over 500 tons of castings annually, while in Japan it is 4,700 tons, in Germany it is 4,300 tons, and in the United States it is 4,280 tons. The level of casting mechanization and the precision, performance, compatibility and reliability of molds are much lower than those in developed countries. Many key components and molds need to be imported. The integration of industry, academia and research is a key link in the development of foundry equipment in China. In the current era of knowledge economy, only through the combination of the three can new scientific and technological achievements be rapidly transformed into productive forces or independent intellectual property rights, enhancing one's own competitiveness in the international market and securing a place in the fierce competition. We still have a lot of work to do in this aspect. |
