The room for storing aluminum alloy castings should be kept dry, free of dust and environmental pollution, and the relative humidity should be within 50%. 2. Before putting the vessels into the warehouse, remove any stains. It is better if they have undergone organic chemical maintenance and repair. Do not apply thick grease or raw oil to handicrafts. When touching handicrafts, wear full cloth gloves. Do not touch them with sweaty hands, nor use oil-stained paper or boxes for packaging. 3. To remove dust from aluminum alloy cast aluminum handicrafts, soft-bristled cloth, soft brushes, soft-bristled toothbrushes, dusters, etc. should be used. 4. If you need to be good at washing, use distilled water. You can also heat the distilled water and use neutral soap. Ammonium hydroxide, alkali, white frost, sand cloth, etc. must not be used. If there is no major clearance, it can be cleared by technicians. 5. For copper and aluminum profile handicrafts that have been cleaned thoroughly, the original method is to apply a layer of organic chemical protective film or heat them up and then apply a layer of paraffin. The current approach is to apply a layer of silicone material for sealing, which can prevent damage from harmful substances and damp cold. 6. To prevent the vessels from being damaged by reflection, there is no need to stack them on top of each other. 7. Regularly observe the transformation of aluminum casting handicrafts. Once any aluminum disease is found, it should be properly dealt with. The method involves cleaning with potassium sesquicarbonate (5% potassium carbonate + sodium bicarbonate) until there is no chloride ion content left. |
